About Quantum Risk Solutions

Callum founded Quantum Risk Solutions and leads our cyber security and technology work. He has more than fifteen years in security architecture, risk management and emerging technology, designing security and governance frameworks for organisations in financial services, the public sector and other industries.

He leads the technology side of our work: Earth observation, edge AI, sensing and software, applied to risks that advice alone cannot settle. He has also served as a Deputy Data Protection Officer, so he brings a security architect's view and a privacy practitioner's view to the same problem.

Stacie leads our privacy and AI governance work. She brings senior experience in privacy, AI governance and regulatory risk from utilities, financial services and insurance, including as Group AI Governance Officer for a major UK insurance and claims management group.

Her work turns complex regulatory requirements into frameworks an organisation can run and keep running. She has led governance work at group level, including designing AI governance structures, setting up privacy operating models, and engaging with regulators on emerging policy.
